Director/PDMR Shareholding
Sound Energy, the African and European focused upstream gas company, announces that it has today been notified that, on 2 February 2017, Greenberry plc ("Greenberry") acquired €300,000 of the Company's 5.0% unsecured notes due 21 June 2021 ("5.0% Bonds") at an aggregate price of €285,000 and that on that same day Greenberry sold €300,000 of the 5.0% Bonds at an aggregate price of €285,300. The 5.0% Bonds are traded on the Euro MTF Market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
Marco Fumagalli, a director of the Company, is Managing Partner of, and a 25% shareholder in, Continental Investment Partners SA ("Continental"). Greenberry is an affiliate of Continental by virtue of its common ownership.
The notifications below, made in accordance with the requirements of the Market Abuse Regulation, provide further detail.
