Director's shareholding

The Company has received notification that Patrick Alexander (a director of the Company) has today sold a total of 500,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Shares"); 250,000 Shares at a price of 2.70p per share and 250,000 Shares at a price of 2.65p per share. Following these sales he owns 16,411,155 Shares (representing approximately 2.37% of the Company's issued share capital).
