Director's shareholding

The Company received notification on 26 January 2010 that Simon Davies (a director of the Company) sold 3,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company on that day at a price of 2.35p per share. Following this sale he owns 2,500,000 shares (representing approximately 0.4% of the Company's issued share capital).
