Director's shareholding

The Company received notification on 11 December 2009 that on that date 2,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company beneficially owned by Jusuf Rachmantio (a director of the Company) 
were sold at a price of 1.6p per share. Following this sale he owns 32,975,662 shares  (representing approximately 4.8% of the Company's issued share capital).
